Luka Perpar Samsa

Luka Perpar Samsa started his work in optical fiber field in 2012 when he joined Optacore after finishing his studies of physics at University of Ljubljana. During his first years, he worked as a development engineer in the field of special optical fiber coatings and fiber preform manufacturing using MCVD technology. Later he worked as commissioning engineer for MCVD systems and other equipment for special optical fiber production. After Optacore was acquired by by a fiber laser supplier, he assumed the role of engineering project manager responsible for laser fiber development projects. In 2020 he joined Plasil as a founding member where he holds the position of a CEO since 2022.
